Trauma-Informed Counselling, Psychotherapy & Voice-Based Healing in Goolwa and Online
At South Coast Harmony, I offer trauma-informed counselling, psychotherapy, and creative voice-based therapies that support emotional wellbeing, healing, and reconnection with self. My approach integrates attachment theory, neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, parts-based and inner child healing, nervous system regulation, and creative modalities including vocal psychotherapy and therapeutic singing. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, eating difficulties, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or a desire to reconnect with your voice and sense of identity, you are welcome here. All services are available in Goolwa, the Fleurieu Peninsula, and online throughout Australia. |
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and life transitions. Therapy is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates CBT, attachment theory, neuroscience, and parts-based and inner child work to support lasting change and emotional wellbeing.
Trauma and Attachment
A focused approach to understanding and healing the impact of childhood trauma, attachment wounds, emotional neglect, and long-standing relational patterns. This work supports emotional regulation, self-awareness, self-compassion, and nervous system recovery.
Vocal Psychotherapy
A unique therapeutic approach combining counselling with voice, breath, sound, and creative expression. Supports emotional processing, trauma recovery, self-expression, confidence, and deeper connection with self.
Singing Therapy
Singing as a resource for wellbeing, emotional regulation, confidence, creativity, and connection. No singing experience is required—this is about expression, enjoyment, and healing rather than performance.
Eating Disorder Recovery Support
Compassionate, trauma-informed support for eating disorders, disordered eating, binge eating, emotional eating, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. The focus is on emotional safety, self-understanding, self-compassion, and rebuilding a peaceful relationship with food and body.
Dementia and Ageing Support
Creative, person-centred support for older adults, people living with dementia, and their carers. Through singing, music, conversation, and meaningful engagement, sessions focus on connection, memory, wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life.
Singing Lessons
Supportive singing lessons focused on healthy vocal technique, confidence, self-expression, and enjoyment. Suitable for beginners through to developing singers in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Not Sure Where to Start?
If you are unsure which service is right for you, that is completely normal. Many clients begin with counselling and then explore other approaches such as trauma-focused work, vocal psychotherapy, singing therapy, or creative therapeutic practices over time.
